Comfortable, tasteful. Amazing location and incredible breakfast .
This hotel is low key but fabulous
The only small minis are the tourists who enter the courtyard to have a view of the river. They congregate there and it’s a bummer.

Fantastic hotel, great food and friendly staff - thank you
Excellent food at the hotel. Staff very friendly and warm. The concierge helped organise our stay and things to do whilst in Florence, as well as fantastic restaurant recommendations. Hotel location is fantastic, some great views of Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to many of the cities attractions (it's a small city so can get to most places on foot).
Shower water temperature was slightly tricky, as well as water pressure being very low.

Staff were extremely helpful in accordance with our needs and the advice given about what to do in Florence was perfect for us. The concierge were always in attendance
There should have been more bottled water in our room and bath salts available. Otherwise nothing to add
